Hardship Assistance Request
Your request will be assessed so we can gather our resources to further assist you. Please upload ALL verifiable documentation pertaining to your hardship to ensure that your request is not delayed or denied due to lack of documentation. Be advised that ALL requests are processed in the order received, we receive a high volume of requests daily that are processed upon availability of funding. Our goal is to empower societal welfare by providing support to the immediate needs of the community.
